    Effective June 1, 2019, the IUEC Dues Check Off will go into effect.  If you are interested in participating, you must sign the "Authorization for Check-Off of IUEC Dues Form".  Your employer will then commence the deduction of those dues beginning with the second pay period following receipt of a signed and dated authorization form.  The employer shall deduct $14.

    One person hospitalized after an officer-involved shooting in east El Paso

    El Paso police are investigating an officer-involved shooting.  It happened on Trawood Drive near George Dieter Drive Monday morning.  Darrel Petry, spokesman for the El Paso Police Department said they received several calls about shots fired in a neighborhood nearby.   He said they pursued a man who they believed was involved in the incident.
